Results Dog Training LLC Rules

To help ensure an enjoyable experience for all please cooperate. Thank you!

A copy of your dog(s) current shot record and fecal check within one month of class date are due prior to class start, preferably at time of registration. For the health consideration of all dogs, updates to shots are required as they occur. Fecal checks are due every six months, especially important if your dog is exposed to other dogs at the shows, park, in the neighborhood, etc.

If your dog appears to be ill, is coughing or has a loose stool, please leave it at home and seek health care if needed. Thank you for your cooperation.

Observers other than your household members may be charged a fee - if you are planning to bring a guest, inquire prior to registering to avoid confusion. All trainers must sign a Results Dog Training LLC hold-harmless agreement and waiver which will be provided at class prior to training; advance copies available on request.

Your household members are your guestsand are allowed to accompany you if they can sit and stay seated quietly during your entire class or lesson and do not approach other dogs! Children, guests and trainers that are disruptive will be required to leave the grounds. All guests are to remain with the trainer before and after class.

Dogs that are truly aggressive, visit other dogs uninvited or bark in excess will be excused. Dogs that urinate on the equipment or on the training course in excess will be dismissed. People and dogs must use designated exercises areas. Trainers not picking up after their dog (poo) or not following the instructor's directions will be excused. No visiting dogs, only dogs registered in class may attend.

Trainers must stay in designated areas - only on the east and north sides of the training building and in the parking lot. Do not enter the agility field on the south side of building unless instructed. Do not walk the driveway, walk on berms or house areas.

Dogs must be restrained on a leash unless instructed. Do not allow your dog to bark constantly without reprimanding, if you need help, ask. Do not allow your dog to go into another person or animal's space unless invited.

For safety reasons, retractable leashes, flexi-leads or head halters are not to be used on grounds. Dogs with improperly fitting harnesses and/or carts that are not safe will not be allowed to participate on the draft path. Equipment needs will be discussed at the first meeting.

For safety reasons: No wolf or wolf hybrids allowed. Dogs that are in or have had any type of guard or attack training are not allowed to participate due to possible poor training that may have taken place; we do not want to risk an accident.

Trainer Age: Those that are under the age of eighteen years must have the same regularly attending parent or legal guardianat all lessons that will assume all responsibility for and able to take over training of the pet without argument per instructor's direction if the instructor deems necessary for any reason.

Smokers and chewers: Smoking is not allowed outside of your vehicle. If you smoke or chew, deposit all residue in your vehicle not in the parking lot. Thank you.

We reserve the right to add, change or delete classes, if necessary.

No still picture taking or taping of any type is allowed without written permission, this property is private.

Intact Female Dog? Important: Note that female dogs that are in season (having a heat cycle) are too distracting to other dogs, thus are not allowed to attend classes while they are in their heat cycle. This may last as long as three to four weeks.

The trainer will be expected to come to class without the dog and practice current lessons at home. Best results are attained when the dogs attend weekly. If your dog comes into season unexpectedly, a one hour private lesson will be available when the heat cycle is finished. This one time lesson will be at no charge with a veterinarian note stating that your dog is in season, signed and dated - as long as you have attended classes your dog misses as an observer to hear and see the lessons to practice at home. If you make an appointment for this make up and cancel same with less than 48 hours previous to lesson, another will not be scheduled for free, the standard $80 fee for a one hour lesson will be charged.

Following the rules helps to ensure a pleasant experience for all. Thank you for your cooperation.
